The cottage is situated half a mile from the main road between Ashford (3½ miles) and Canterbury (11½ miles) and about 2 miles from the thriving village of Wye, which has excellent restaurants, a riverside pub, post office, small supermarket, a few shops and mainline trains to London, Ashford, Canterbury and Northeast Kent.
